14-Day Free Trial
PATLive offers a 14-day free trial for all new customers. This trial allows you to experience our services without any upfront cost. To prevent any disruptions of service, we do collect a valid credit or debit card number during the signup process, as your free trial will automatically convert to a paid account unless you tell us otherwise at the conclusion of your trial. During this period, you can fully explore all the features and benefits* of PATLive to determine if it fits your needs.

Monthly Billing Cycle
After your 14-day free trial, PATLive bills each month of service upfront for the package price you selected. Here’s how it works:
Billing Start Date
◦ Your billing cycle starts after the completion of your 14-day free trial.
◦ Your Onboarding Specialist will inform you of your billing start date upon the trial's completion.
Billing Period
◦ Our PATLive Flex Platform billing cycles last one month from their start date.
◦ We process charges to the debit or credit card on file 4 days after the end of the billing cycle.
◦ This consistent monthly billing cycle provides clarity and helps you budget accurately.
Your First and Last Bill
◦ You can expect to receive your first PATLive bill on the next billing cycle after the conclusion of your free trial. On this bill, we’ll only be billing you for the monthly package price. So, for example, if you start your free trial on the 1st, and conclude your free trial on the 14th, you can expect to receive your first bill on the 16th.
◦ You can expect that on your final PATLive bill, because we already previously charged the package price upfront, you’ll only be billed for applicable overage fees, taxes, and regulatory fees associated with your previous month’s service.
◦ Final bills are automatically prorated.

◦ Unlike some competitors who use a 28-day billing cycle, PATLive’s monthly cycle aligns with natural calendar months, preventing confusion and unexpected costs.
Charges and Fees
Package Price
◦ You will be billed upfront each month for the package price you selected.
Taxes, Overages, and Fees
◦ Any applicable taxes, talk-time overages, or additional regulatory fees are billed in arrears.
No Extra Charges for Nights, Weekends, or Holidays
◦ There are no extra charges for handling overnight, weekend, or holiday calls.
Flexibility and Control
No Contract Required
◦ PATLive services are month-to-month, allowing you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime without penalty.
Upgrades and Downgrades
◦ You can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan at any time from the PATLive Flex Platform Web App, or by contacting us for assistance.
Usage Monitoring
◦ During your first 30 days, an Onboarding Specialist will monitor your minute usage and suggest the best plan for your needs.
◦ You can also check your month-to-date and periodic minute usage anytime through the PATLive Flex Platform Web App.
Package Minutes
◦ Package minutes do not roll over from month to month. Each month starts with the number of minutes included in your chosen package.
◦ Overages are billed based on your plan, but you can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
◦ Package minutes apply to all your cumulative Live Receptionists Scripts. So, if you have selected a package with 200 minutes and you have three scripts, those 200 minutes will be available for all three scripts cumulatively.
Per-Minute Billing
PATLive bills only for the time our receptionists are on the phone with your callers. Our billing model is fair and transparent, ensuring you only pay for the actual time spent on our service.
Billing Details
◦ The first minute is billed in full.
◦ Each subsequent minute is billed in 6-second increments (1/10th of a minute).
Fair Billing Model
◦ Unlike the per-call billing approach used by some competitors, our per-minute billing ensures you are not charged excessively for quick calls or rushed conversations.
◦ Our receptionists are focused on delivering meaningful interactions without being motivated by call duration.
Customer-First Philosophy
◦ Our commitment to honesty means no hidden costs or unexpected charges.
◦ We charge based on actual call time, ensuring you're not overcharged for brief calls. Most calls fall within the 3 to 3.5-minute range, and we bill accordingly.
