Call Recordings – How to Access and Manage Your Calls

Easily Review Your Calls Anytime

Call Recordings allow you to review and replay your calls for better accuracy and record-keeping. Audio is recorded when the caller is connected to an agent, but not while on hold, muted, or during transfers. To turn on call recordings in your account, simply contact one of our friendly Customer Service Agents and we'll be happy to get you started!

How to Access Call Recordings

  • Web App (my.patlive.com): Navigate to Messages and select a call to find the recording.
  • App Link: Visit app.patlive.com and check the Call Details section.
  • Email Notifications: Call Recordings can also be sent via email, just like Voicemails. Adjust your email settings in the web portal or contact Customer Service for assistance.

Additional Details

  • Recordings will contain hold music while connected to an agent.
  • There is no extra charge for Call Recordings.
