The Find Me feature allows PATLive customers to set up a sequence of telephone numbers that will be attempted in order on a set schedule when a caller reaches your system. Here's how to configure it:
Log in to Your Account- Go to my.patlive.com and log in.
- Hover over the name of the system you want to modify (displayed in large blue letters).
- Click “Options” and enter your system passcode. If you don’t know your passcode, contact Customer Service for assistance.
- Click “Configure Find Me” at the bottom of the left-side menu.
- At first, you’ll automatically be editing the first Find Me number in sequence.
- Enter the desired phone number, set the timeout seconds (how long the number rings before moving to the next), and specify the schedule for when that number should be called. (ie: within office hours)
- Click “Save” to save your changes.
- Important: All times must be set in military (24-hour) time according to the Eastern Standard time zone.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Find Me configuration page and select “Options” to turn on Auto Find Me and enable or disable your Find Me settings as needed
