Filtering Your Messages

The PATLive Mobile App allows you to easily manage and organize your messages and leads using the filter options. Here’s how you can filter your calls and leads to find exactly what you need: 

Locate the Filter Icon 
  • In the top right-hand corner of the PATLive Mobile App, you’ll see a filter icon.  

Click the Filter Icon 
  • Tapping the filter icon unlocks a variety of options to help you determine which leads or calls you want to display. 
     
Choose Your Filter Options 
  • Sort by Date: Arrange your leads chronologically to find recent or older interactions. 
  • Service Instance: Filter calls by the specific service instance, allowing you to focus on certain types of calls or leads if you have multiple scripts. 
  • Filter Out Junk Calls: Easily remove junk calls from your view, so you can focus on the important leads that matter to your business. 
     
Click “Done” in the top-right corner of the PATLive Mobile App to return to the main screen.
