At PATLive, you have the flexibility to adjust your service plan at any time. Whether you need to upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan, the process is simple and straightforward.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you find that you need more minutes or features, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
- Your new plan will start immediately. On your next bill, you'll see your new plan cost along with a prorated charge for the upgraded plan from this month.
Downgrading Your Plan
If you’re using fewer minutes than anticipated, or your needs have changed, you can downgrade to a lower plan.
- Your new, lower-cost plan will kick in at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll see the new plan cost on your following bill.
How to Upgrade/Downgrade:
- Login to the Flex web app on your computer
- Click your avatar in the top right of the screen (it will simply be your initials unless you have set a profile picture previously)
- Select “Billing Settings” from the menu
- On the left-side navigation select ”Plans”
- In the top right corner of the box that features your current and active plan, there is an edit icon that looks like a pen and paper. Click it to edit your plan.
- Select the new plan.
Break-even Points
A break-even point refers to the average number of live receptionist minutes used each month, indicating whether upgrading or downgrading would be more cost-effective.
Break-even points for most PATLive customers
- Basic Plan: If you average less than 62 LR minutes per cycle.
- Starter Plan: If you average at least 62 LR minutes per cycle.
- Standard Plan: If you average at least 160 LR minutes per cycle.
- Premium Plan: If you average at least 312 LR minutes per cycle.

These break-even points are the same for bilingual plans. However, break-even points may differ for affiliate company code plans. For more information on affiliate break even points, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
