How to Get Your Leads / Messages

At PATLive, you have multiple ways to receive your leads or messages, making it easy to stay informed and responsive.

Delivery Options:

  1. Email:

    • Receive messages after each submission (most common) or batch daily, weekly, monthly, or only on weekdays.
    • Delivery formats include:
      • Text in the Body (most common)
      • CSV Attachment (ideal for importing into Excel)
      • Text File
      • or Zip File
    • You can choose whether or not to receive spam and hang-up messages.
  2. Text Messaging:

    • Talk with your Onboarding Specialist or our friendly Customer Service Team to enable SMS delivery from our number 844-779-2814
    • Your messages will appear in the body of the text message by default. 
    • Please note: By providing your text enabled phone number you consent to receive SMS notifications from PATLive.
    • Standard Message and Data rates may apply.
    • Reply "STOP" to opt out. 
  3. Push Notifications:

    • Use the PATLive mobile app for notifications on your device.
