# How to Get Your Leads / Messages

At PATLive, you have multiple ways to receive your leads or messages, making it easy to stay informed and responsive.

#### **Delivery Options:**

1. **Email**:
   
     - Receive messages **after each submission** (most common) or batch daily, weekly, monthly, or only on weekdays.
     - Delivery formats include: 
           - **Text in the Body** (most common)
           - **CSV Attachment** (ideal for importing into Excel)
           - **Text File**
           - or **Zip File**
     - You can choose whether or not to receive spam and hang-up messages.
2. **Push Notifications**:
   
     - Use the **PATLive mobile app** for notifications on your device.
3. **Text Messaging**: 
     - Talk with your Onboarding Specialist or our friendly Customer Service Team to enable SMS delivery from our number **844-779-2814**.
     - Your messages will appear in the body of the text message by default.
     - **Please note**: By providing your text enabled phone number you consent to receive SMS notifications from PATLive.
     - Standard Message and Data rates may apply.
     - Reply "STOP" to opt out.
