How to Update Your Method of Payment

There are several reasons why you might need to update your billing method with PATLive. Whether your credit card has expired, you’ve switched banks, or you simply want to use a different payment method, the process is straightforward. Follow the steps below to update your payment information:

  1. Go to my.patlive.com and log in.
  2. Select "Billing" from the top navigation menu.
  3. Select “Edit Billing Method”
    1. This will display your current payment method and provide an option to update it.
  4. Choose the option to update your payment method and enter the new credit card details.
  5. If your credit card expiration date needs updating, follow the same process.
