HubSpot is a CRM platform designed to help businesses grow by streamlining processes and connecting marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
With PATLive’s HubSpot integration, any lead submitted through PATLive will automatically create a “Contact” record in HubSpot. If a contact with the same email address already exists, a “Call” log will be associated with the existing contact. The email address serves as the primary identifier to locate or create contacts.
Important Note: You will need to contact a Customer Service Agent in order to have your script set up to use the HubSpot Integration, then follow these steps:
Setting Up the HubSpot Integration

Authorize the Integration:
- Log in to PATLive and navigate to HubSpot Integration.
- Click “Authorize”, then follow the prompts to complete the authorization in HubSpot.

Synchronization:
- Once connected, any new leads will be automatically synchronized with HubSpot.
