PATLive offers bilingual service so that your calls can be answered in both English and Spanish. The standard fee to add bilingual service is $20/month. To set up bilingual service, call us at 1.800.775.7790 between 8am and 8pm ET, Monday through Friday.


Overview of Bilingual Support

• English Support: Available 24/7.

• Spanish Support: Available from 8 am to 10 pm ET.

 

Bilingual services include:

1. Language Selection Menu

◦ Callers are routed through an auto attendant with a language selection menu.

◦ Callers can press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.

2. Comprehensive Call Handling

◦ Our Bilingual virtual receptionists can perform all the tasks that our English-speaking receptionists handle, ensuring seamless service across both languages.

3. Web Chat Support

◦ Bilingual support extends to web chat handling, providing consistent customer service across multiple communication channels.

 

How Bilingual Call Handling Works

When a caller reaches your business, they will be greeted by an auto attendant with the following options:

1. Press 1 for English

◦ Callers selecting English will be connected to our 24/7 English-speaking virtual receptionists.

2. Press 2 for Spanish

◦ Callers selecting Spanish will be connected to our Spanish-speaking virtual receptionists, available from 8 am to 10 pm ET.

All the messages we take will be written in English, even when we field a call in Spanish, and our bilingual virtual receptionists can handle all the same tasks as our regular receptionists including:

• Answering calls

• Scheduling appointments

• Taking messages

• Providing information about your services
