Upgrades and Downgrades

At PATLive, you have the flexibility to adjust your service plan at any time. Whether you need to upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan, the process is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

Upgrading Your Plan

If you find that you need more minutes or features, you can request to upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

  • Upgrades take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle, ensuring a smooth transition to your new plan.
  • To request an upgrade, simply contact PATLive customer service, and they will assist you with the process.

Downgrading Your Plan

If you’re using fewer minutes than anticipated, or your needs have changed, you can downgrade to a lower plan.

  • Similar to upgrades, downgrades take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
  • Downgrading can help reduce costs while still maintaining essential services.
  • To request a downgrade, contact PATLive customer service for assistance.

Break Even Points

A break-even point refers to the average number of live receptionist minutes used each month, indicating whether upgrading or downgrading would be more cost-effective.

Break-even points for most PATLive customers (who aren’t on an affiliate rate)

  • Basic Plan: If you average less than 62 LR minutes per cycle.
  • Starter Plan: If you average at least 62 LR minutes per cycle.
  • Standard Plan: If you average at least 160 LR minutes per cycle.
  • Premium Plan: If you average at least 312 LR minutes per cycle.
  • Pro Plan: If you average at least 557 LR minutes per cycle.

These break-even points are the same for bilingual plans. However, break-even points may differ for affiliate company code plans. For more information on affiliate break even points, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Considerations

Keep in mind that your usage during the current billing cycle will be billed according to your current plan. The changes you make will only apply to future billing cycles. Downgrading may result in a reduction of included minutes or features, so be sure to choose the plan that best suits your needs.
