Choosing the Right Package

PATLive’s advertised packages include all the same features, so your primary focus should be on selecting the package that best fits your live receptionist minute needs. Here’s how to make the right choice: 

Initial Assessment 
  • During your first 30 days, our Onboarding Specialists will monitor your minute usage and recommend the most cost-effective package based on your talk-time. 
Break-Even Points 
  • Consider the break-even points to determine which package is most cost-effective based on your average minute usage. (See our Upgrades and Downgrades article for more information on break-even points) 
Plan Ahead 
  • Consider seasonal changes or marketing efforts which may affect your call volume. Do you need to upgrade or downgrade your service? Make sure you plan ahead and keep in mind that upgrades/downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle following the request and are not immediate changes. 

Ongoing Monitoring 

  • After the first 30 days, continue to monitor your usage through our web app. Adjust your package as your business needs change to ensure you’re on the most cost-effective plan by simply reaching out to our customer service team.
